The Old Barn is again proud to present our annual ChaffCutter’s Ball, on Saturday 19th October 2019.

This black tie event gives you the perfect opportunity to show off your best bling and beautiful clothes!Yes ladies… like you need an excuse to go buy a new dress! Dust off your dancing shoes and get ready to have an awesome night! Enjoy a glass of champagne on us to start the night off right.

Your $69 ticket includes entry, champagne on arrival, a scrumptious three course gourmet meal and hours of live music performed by ‘the BadLands’ for you to enjoy and to get up and dance to. We are also proud to present the amazingly talented Alain Vãlodze to entertain you over dinner, prior to the dance music.

The Old Barn is pleased to continue to offer very reasonably priced drinks for the night. Our bar is licensed so NO BYO please – it’s against liquor licensing regulations.

Entry to the Old Barn from 6pm for a 6:30 start, til midnight – but come a little earlier if you’re camping, so you can get set up and dressed up in plenty of time. We encourage camping so you don’t have to worry about driving home.

Accommodation

There are many options for accommodation at and near the Old Barn. If you’d like breakfast, buy a $7 ticket for breakfast and join us between 9am and 10:30am for a bacon & eggs BBQ breakfast (tea & coffee included with breakfast).

If an item is fully booked, you won’t be able to add it to your cart.

• B.Y.O. Swag – you can choose to sleep under cover in our old dairy or just sleep under the stars. FREE (weather should be perfect mid-October)
• Caravan and Tent sites available, but are limited, so please book below to secure your spot – Powered sites $15 (limited), un-powered $5
• Luxury Queen Bedroom – sleep in style in the gorgeous B & B room attached to the main farm house adjoining the Old Barn. This room has a queen bed and a king single – breakfast included – $100 per night
• the Rustic BunkHouse – shared backpacker style accommodation available in our rustic room.  2 sofa beds available, plus 4 singles – byo linen and pillows. $10 per person 
• Bell Tent 1 with queen bed, includes furniture & linen – $60
• Bell Tent 2 with twin singles, includes furniture & linen – $60
• Onsite Caravan (configured as 3 singles): BYO sleeping bags or quilt & pillows – $30
