2018 MoonDance – June 30th

Join in the fun at the Old Barn’s annual MoonDance party, coming up on 30th June 2018. Stay overnight and join us the next day for our Sunday at the Barn open mic event too!

There will be live music, featuring the Old Barn’s resident band “the BADLANDS” along with “Molly & Stringy“, “Do A Flip” and our very special guest artists “the Cut Snakes“. They’re a great new South Australian band with their very own brand of original ‘Pub Country’ Music. The Old Barn is part of their South Australian 2018 Tour.

THE CUT SNAKES songs and stories will have you up on your feet and having a blast!

Ticket includes entrance, live music and food.

Our bar is licensed and the drinks are cheap, so NO BYO please.

From 6pm til late – but 5pm if you’re camping, so you can set up in daylight.

The bonfire and gas heating along with your dancing will ensure you stay warm during the event. And we’ve got a bit of a surprise at the bonfire this year! Come dressed as some kind of night creature. There will be prizes for the best fancy dress!

Accommodation

There are many options for accommodation at and near the Old Barn. If you’d like breakfast, buy a ticket for breakfast and join us between 9am and 10:30am for a bacon & eggs BBQ breakfast (tea & coffee included with breakfast).

• B.Y.O. Swag – you can choose to sleep under cover in our old dairy or just sleep under the stars. FREE
• Caravan and Tent sites available, but are limited, so please contact us for details or call Julie on 0413 314-749 or Vicki on 0418 841-164. Powered sites $15, un-powered $5
• Luxury Queen Bedroom – sleep in style in the gorgeous B & B room attached to the main farm house adjoining the Old Barn. This room has a queen bed and a king single, private bathroom. Call Vicki on 0418 841-164 for more details or to book. $100 per night
• the Rustic BunkHouse – backpacker-style accommodation available in our rustic room.               * The Cut Snakes have booked out the bunk-house.

Clubs:

Make a day of it! Take a drive through the beautiful Barossa Valley or Adelaide Hills and stop for a bite of lunch. Take in the panoramic views coming down Sedan Hill and drop into the Sedan Hotel for a drink and a chat. Say “Hi” to Sue & Dave for us!
